This is one of the many benefits of having high-quality local ingredients on his doorstep to create his amazing dishes and show his pride of being from Belfast and the local food scene it provides. Danny’s love for the local food scene and having access to the fabulous local ingredients is part of the reason why he considers food in Northern Ireland to be some of the best in the world.
